The New At The Drive-In Record Dropped Today

At The Drive-In ATDI El Paso in • ter a • li • a new music Texas

I can’t speak for everyone else who works here, but At The Drive-In is one of my all-time favorite bands. Today they released their first new album in 17 years. Upon first listen, this album rules!

“No Wolf Like the Present” starts the record in typical ATDI fashion, leading you through a listening experience that only they can provide—a mixture of punk rock, hardcore, and emo; plus, a little something that can only be described as At The Drive-In. This a band that changed the way music exists in my universe; changed the way I hear, play, and write music. I am sure there are droves of 17 and 18-year-old kids who are going to hear this and experience the same musical paradigm shift I did.

This is the album that I have been waiting for the last 17 years.

"Pendulum in a Peasant Dress" another face-melter, who am I fooling all of them so far have been face-melting. This album starts on a high note, but track after track ATDI one-up themselves.

Do yourself a favor and check this record out on Spotify, Apple Music, or go the old-school route and buy it--I know I will.
